Actually, also there is no people being abused by a smoker but it mostly done by drunk people. The same case as in accident which is caused by the drunk people. If you decide to quit from smoking there is sama tips:
a.Consume a lot of water juice
b.Consume a lot fat healthy snack
c.Suck a sugar free candy
d.Take a deep breath
e.Do not hang out with your smoker friend
f.Do not buy a cigarette, even if it is an emergency time
g.Cut down an alcohol, coffee, sugar and fat
h.Gym
i.Get some one family or close friend to give you support but it is not easy to quit, you will get a cold turkey at first. But try to stay on your way.
