Measles is a very infections disease caused by the RNA Virus morbillivirus. As such, it tends to occur as epidemics. Measles is spread through airborne droplets released when infected person sneeze or cough. An infected person may have a high fever. About 5 to 10 % of children under five years may get pneumonia which is mostly caused of death.

Mumps infection is caused by mumps virus it is spread by direct contact with infected persons and airborne droplets released when the sneeze or cough. About 30% of this diseased have no specific symptoms. Death of mumps encephalitis is low but residual effects include paralysis, fits and hydrocephalus. Mumps deadness is a leading cause of childhood deafness. Mumps infection in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy is associated with a 25% incident of spontaneous abortions.

Rubella infection is caused by the rubella virus. It is speared by airborne droplets released when an infected person sneezes or coughs. It is also has no specific symptoms. Complications are common in adults. About 70%, especially woman, may have painful joints (arthralgia) in fingers, wrists and knees. Bleeding problems occur in about 1 : 3.000 cases usually in children. It caused multiple malformations in the first eight to ten weeks of pregnancy

There are several live attenuated measles vaccines available either by themselves or in combination with either rubella or mumps and rubella (MMR) vaccines. The MMR vaccine is giver by intramuscular or deep subcutaneous injection to a child who is a year old it helps to protect them from rubella and mumps infections.

According to me, a right vaccines will helps patients of measles disease (Rubella n’ Mumps) to recover and to decrease the complications of this disease. MMR is a good choice. Because this vaccine helps to make our immunity stronger than before and ready enough to protect us from rubella and mumps infections. Earlier to give better for children life. So, by this vaccine the number of death which is caused by measles can be decreased.
